Upon arrival, I was greeted by the cheerful staff, who made check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable and had reliable Wi-Fi, and I loved being just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

However, the air conditioning was only operational from 6 PM to 10 AM, which made for some sticky nights. Additionally, the limited charging outlets were inconvenient after a day of exploring.

unnecessary hassle

poor management

the special treatment I was promised never materialized. Not only did I struggle with the form that wasn't even a PDF, but they also required my credit card info multiple times—how quaint. I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles but got zero. I just couldn't give a good review, that's for sure.
